DENVER (Jan. 10, 2020) – Dede’s Cajun Cuisine, authentic Cajun sauce and seasoning producer, will showcase at the January food show a new jar size for its two all-natural, premium, jarred sauces—Jambalaya Starter Sauce and Creole Starter Sauce. The new 16 oz. size offers retailers a highly visible and sought-after product with a lower price point and consumer-friendly size. The new jar sizes will be available in early 2020.
Winter Fancy Food Show attendees can get a taste of the award-winning, signature Jambalaya made with Dede’s Cajun Cuisine Jambalaya Starter Sauce, in booth 6283 in the North Hall.

Her friends call her “Southern Belle.” But with three young children, she’s called “mom” more than anything these days. Debbie started Dede’s Cajun Cuisine in the fall of 2011 after catering a Southern lunch for a funeral at her church. She knew she wanted to share her love of cooking, southern heritage, and specifically, Southern food with her friends and family.
