2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 teaspoon yellow mustard

1 teaspoons chili powder

DIRECTIONS
- In a large skillet with a lid, brown hamburger meat over medium heat.
- Drain fat from the skillet.
- Add onion and cook with the meat another 3-4 minutes until the onion is softened.
- Reduce the heat to low.
- Mix in all of the other ingredients, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes.
- While the sloppy joe mixture is simmering, open your hamburger buns and place them open side up on a baking sheet. Brush the buns with melted butter and dust with garlic powder. Place under broiler just until lightly toasted. Watch them closely. They will burn quickly.
- Scoop the sloppy joe mixture into each bun.
Note: If you sloppy joe mixture is looking too dry while simmering, feel free to add a little water. And don’t worry if you add too much water, just cook it for a few minutes with the lid off your skillet.
