Dede’s Cajun Cuisine to Exhibit at the 2020 Winter Fancy Food Show, Jan. 19-21
Owner Debbie Frei will showcase her award-winning Cajun sauces in Booth 6283
DENVER (Sept. 13, 2019) – Cajun food producer Dede’s Cajun Cuisine features two all-natural, premium, jarred starter sauces—Jambalaya Starter Sauce and Creole Starter Sauce—as well as a Louisiana-Style Hot Sauce and Southern Spices. Louisiana-native and Dede’s Cajun Cuisine founder Debbie Bailey Frei continues her successful run for a third year at the 2020 Specialty Foods Association’s 45th Winter Fancy Food Show, at the Moscone Center, San Francisco, Jan. 19-21, 2020. Her friends call her “Southern Belle.” But with three young children, she’s called “mom” more than anything these days. Debbie started Dede’s Cajun Cuisine in the fall of 2011 after catering a Southern lunch for a funeral at her church. She knew she wanted to share her love of cooking, southern heritage, and specifically, Southern food with her friends and family. The challenge became how to juggle all of that with her first priority of being a mom. Dinner time is always that crazy part of the day when everyone is hungry and tired. Between kid activities, never-ending laundry and the day-to-day grind of life, there isn’t enough time to prepare a meal from scratch.
