Dede’s Cajun Cuisine invites attendees at the Winter Fancy Food Show to try signature Jambalaya
DENVER (Dec. 11, 2018) – Cajun food manufacturer Dede’s Cajun Cuisine invites attendees to visit Booth 5686 at the 2019 Specialty Foods Association’s 44th Winter Fancy Food Show, at the Moscone Center, San Francisco, Jan. 13-15 2019. Owner Debbie Frei will serve samples of her award-winning, signature Jambalaya made with Dede’s Cajun Cuisine Jambalaya Starter Sauce.
Dede’s Cajun Cuisine, founded in 2011, features two all-natural, jarred starter sauces, a Louisiana-style hot sauce, and Southern Spices. “I believe we have a niche that retail stores need,” says Debbie Frei, owner of Dede’s Cajun Cuisine. “Our jarred sauces take the hard work out of making classic Louisiana-style Cajun food and fit in nicely on any supermarket shelf, thanks to our new labels and packaging.”

Her friends call her “Southern Belle.” But with three young children, she’s called “mom” more than anything these days. Debbie started Dede’s Cajun Cuisine in the fall of 2011 after catering a Southern lunch for a funeral at her church. She knew she wanted to share her love of cooking, southern heritage, and specifically, Southern food with her friends and family. The challenge became how to juggle all of that with her first priority of being a mom. Dinner time is always that crazy part of the day when everyone is hungry and tired. Between kid activities, never-ending laundry and the day-to-day grind of life, there isn’t enough time to prepare a meal from scratch.
