Dede’s Cajun Return Policy lasts 60 days after receipt of product. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase of our product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you would like to return a damaged item for a refund, please note that we only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or would simply like a refund, send us an email to yummyfood@dedescajuncuisine.com with a picture of the damaged product. We will ship you a replacement or issue a refund if that is what you requested. You do not have to mail the damaged product to us in order to receive a refund.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you were approved for a refund and haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
